Cotton Ball Catapult

On Tuesday Samantha and I started to design our own catapult to launch in different tests. Here is a piece of paper that has our designs on it.

Then we chose one of our designs we drew and made it. We made it out of string, a rock, a box, cello tape, popsicle sticks and pva glue.

Here is a video of all of our tests.

The stronger you make the wire, string or rubber band the further the cotton ball goes.

I enjoyed seeing how far all of the cotton balls flew!
